Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive guidance and counselling to students regarding educational opportunities, courses, universities, and career paths.
- Assist students in the university application process, including documentation, admission requirements, and deadlines.
- Conduct Tele-calling to prospective students to inform them about educational programs and services MalishaEdu offers.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and inquiries for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance student experience.
