Responsibilities & Context

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the main contact for students, helping them throughout their study abroad process.
• Provide clear and accurate details about universities, courses, and study opportunities.
• Guide students through application steps, including preparing and submitting documents, while meeting deadlines.
• Keep in touch with students regularly to update them on their application progress and offer support.
• Build good relationships by understanding each student’s needs and giving tailored advice.
• Answer questions professionally via phone, email, and social media, ensuring quick and accurate replies.
• Represent the organization at educational events like fairs and seminars to promote services and connect with new students.
