Education Counselor (Front Desk)

Location: 22 Shamsur Rahman Road, Shantidham, Khulna

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (10 AM – 8 PM)

Industry: Education, IELTS, Study Abroad

Salary: Negotiable + Commission + Performance Bonus

We are currently looking for a smart, student-friendly, and professional Education Counselor to be the welcoming face of our center.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in students and visitors
• Handle phone, email, and social media inquiries professionally
• Provide basic counseling for IELTS courses and study abroad programs
• Manage admission forms, student records, and scheduling
• Coordinate with training and consultancy teams
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks

✅ Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a front office, receptionist, or education counseling role (Undergad students/Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
• Presentable, friendly, and confident in dealing with students and parents
• Knowledge of IELTS and study abroad processes is a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online tools)
