Additional Requirements

At least 1 year of Proven experience in educational counseling or overseas education consultancy.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Overseas Admission, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Agent, and E-commerce.
Strong marketing and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bengali (both written and spoken).
Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and digital marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Provide expert counseling to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities, including university and course selection.
Capable of maintaining a good relationship with students/parents & local/international agents.
Assist students with the entire application process, including documentation, admission requirements, and visa procedures.
Advise students on scholarships, financial aid, and other educational opportunities abroad.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote overseas education services, including digital marketing, social media, and events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions abroad and stay informed about their programs and admission requirements.
Conduct webinars, seminars, and information sessions to increase awareness about international education.
The applicant must be prepared to go live on Facebook and shoot videos for Social Media when required.
Applicants must properly understand the queries received via Email and know how to respond to them accurately.
Applicant must respond to inquiries on Messenger, WhatsApp, IMO and Viber while noting all relevant details about prospective students and parents. After filtering, upload data to our online system.
Convince clients by telemarketing with motivational capabilities.
