Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on academic opportunities in Italy, Hungary, Malta, UK, USA, Australia, and Cyprus.
• Assess students’ profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries.
• Assist with application processes, document preparation, and submission.
• Provide end-to-end visa support, including document collection and interview preparation.
• Stay updated on admission criteria, visa regulations, and university deadlines.
• Support with test prep guidance (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
• Support with test prep guidance (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
• Coordinate pre-departure sessions and advise on travel, accommodation, and culture.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up regularly.
• Promote Academic Allies through events, seminars, and digital platforms when needed.
• Creating video contents on given topics.
