Additional Requirements
- The applicant must be a member of IEB and RAJUK.
- Experience in high rise commercial project is highly preferable.
- Must have the knowledge to work with MS Office and Auto CAD.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare electrical designs for different In-house projects.
- Prepare technical specifications for electrical works for In-house projects.
- Budgeting, monitoring and top supervision of various electrical works.
- Doing estimation and BOQ of electrical works at different projects.
- Communicate with different consultants and contractors and also collaborate for all the electrical works as per the project requirements.
- Supervise the implementation process at the sites as per the approved design and standard.
- Visit Site as and when required.
- Prepare project related documents other than drawings (if required).
- Any other work assigned by Line Manager or Management.
