Responsibilities & Context

• Should have sound knowledge on installation and maintenance of substation, generator, lift, Firefighting system, HVAC System, PA System, Internal and External Electrical works, CCTV, Solar and earthlings works.
• Ability to understand electrical drawing for residential and commercial building projects.
• Responsibilities include billing, estimating, detailed material take-offs, sizing of conduit, and wiring, and procurement of field material.
• The incumbent will be responsible for the detailed planning and scheduling of the electrical work as per the requirements.
• Managing work, planning, including labor estimates, material listings, tools, and equipment specifications.
• Coordinating closely with the Project Manager for combined project goals and participating in detailed planning.
• Inspect the quality of electromechanical work.
• Should have ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules.
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software
• Should have experience in operation of MS Office
• Other tasks as assigned by the management.
