- Practical experience on Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System.
- Practical knowledge on internal and external electrical wiring system.
- Practical knowledge on different type of AC Establishment like Variable Refrigerant Flow(VRF), Split type AC etc.
- Ability to find out troubles shooting and repair electrical system including wiring connection and equipment.
- Should have basic knowledge on Online/Off-line UPS.
- Additional Requirements Adequate knowledge/ experience on working with AutoCAD and MS office (especially MS word, Excel and Power Point)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare 2D (AUTOCAD) drawing in related of electrical works, HVAC System for all kind of establishments of the bank (Branch, Sub Branch, ATM Booth and other outlets)
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for any kind of establishment of the bank.
- Assessment and process bills of all kind of establishments of the bank.
- Accompany site selection committee while selecting the sites for new outlets.
- Collection of Quotations from the vendors for the various types of the works and processing.
- Monitor repairing and maintenance works of HO, Branches, ATMs’
- Compute costs by analyzing labor, materials and time requirements.
- Any other job assigns by the Bank Authority.
