Ideal Candidate:

A responsible Electrical Engineer able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet technical specifications and are delivered on time and within budget. Key qualifications include:
Electrical Engineer: Graduates with a diploma from a recognized university.
Solid hands-on experience in actually working on a construction site. In other words: We cannot use purely academic knowledge, but specialists actually having worked on a site doing electrical installations is essential.
Over 3 years of ︊︃︎︌︁︄︅️︂︆︄︃︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎practical experience as an Electrical Engineer in electrical installations in civil constructions
Experience as site supervisor in civil electrical installation
Good knowledge of the English language without excessive accent.
Knowledge of the German language is an advantage but not essential.

Job Description:

For starters, you will work as an electrician in civil electrical installations on our construction sites in Germany.
Subject to your individual performance, you can be assigned a leadership or supervision role on one or more sites.
After 3 years of activity in Germany as employee, a change to self-employment is possible (enabling you a higher net income, our self-employed members make approx. 4.000 EUR/month net) subject to approval of German Immigration Authority.
A practical person with good organizational skills could move into our central administration and co-ordinate a good number of sites as Project Manager.
As part of your advancement objectives, you will be encouraged to learn German.
