Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Practical experience in any reputed organization/ group of industry like – Shoe Manufacturing Factory, Garments Industry, Paper Mills etc. will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context
- Practical experiences on all kinds of electrical machineries/ equipments/ works.
- Able to electrical planning and designing of industrial installations & machines etc.
- Able to allocate works on a periodic basis to the team members & ensure availability of resources for each individual to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Implementation of policies, procedures across the electrical maintenance team with regards to preventive maintenance system and equipments.
- Conducting regular inspection of all machines, equipments, electrical installations and keeping service records/ logs of all day-to-day installations/ repairs/ maintenance etc.
- Should be able to control, train and educate under command electrical maintenance team members.
- Follow the maintenance schedule and execute it on regular basis.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge on Generator, Boiler, Thermal Oil Heater, Fire Safety & Protection system, Internal Electrification Systems etc.
- Get, keep, maintain & update various certificate/ license for electrical installations/ machineries and electricians’ competency certificates on a regular basis.
- Reviewing & monitoring work on a weekly/ monthly basis & provide update to the superior.
- Ability to handle a Technical Workforce.
- Making required reports to the management accordingly.
- Other related works as when assign by the superior(s).
