The incumbent will be responsible for the detailed planning and scheduling of the electrical work as per the requirements.
Ability to understand and prepare details electrical drawing for residential and commercial building projects.
Should have sound knowledge on substation, generator and earthlings.
Responsibilities include estimating, detailed material take-offs, sizing of conduit, and wiring, and procurement of field material.
Managing work order planning, including labor estimates, material listings, tools, and equipment specifications.
Coordinating closely with the Construction Manager for unified project goals and participating in detailed planning.
Overseeing construction cost management, including change orders and subcontractor bid package preparation.
Inspect the quality of electrical work.
Demonstrating ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules.
Other tasks as assigned by the management.
