Responsibilities & Context
- Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices into ARL, driving environmental responsibility, and fostering a culture of social and ethical consciousness.
- Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Resources.
- Receive & review work order, including both preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate with the store to collect spare parts to ensure timely repair.
- Assign skilled personnel to ensure task completion.
- Maintain Health Check Sheets as per SOP for ensuring accurate documentation of machine conditions.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Participate in troubleshooting work to identify the root causes of breakdowns.
- Check spare parts stock & its quality to ensure the reliability of components.
- Reduce maintenance spare costs within the department budget.
- Minimize maintenance breakdown target time as per plan.
- Basic work with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
