Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities, including monitoring troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Plan routine maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
• Liaise with Local DPDC authority to ensure smooth operation, including equipment suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to coordinate activities and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Follow-up daily routine checkup of Fusing Machines, Generators, Special Sewing Machine etc.
• Prepare Monthly Energy Meter Reading, Monthly Report and Generation Analysis Report.
• Follow-up and monitoring RSC related issues.
• Oversee and control maintenance costs.
