Responsibilities & Context
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems within the office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to office equipment and systems.
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on manlifts, Gondular, and other specialized equipment.
- Conduct regular office maintenance, including plumbing repairs and system upgrades.
- Provide prompt responses to maintenance requests, minimizing downtime in the office.
- Ensure all systems and equipment are functioning optimally for office productivity and safety.
