Responsibilities & Context

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems within the office.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to office equipment and systems.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on manlifts, Gondular, and other specialized equipment.
• Conduct regular office maintenance, including plumbing repairs and system upgrades.
• Provide prompt responses to maintenance requests, minimizing downtime in the office.
• Ensure all systems and equipment are functioning optimally for office productivity and safety.
