Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced embedded systems engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in embedded software development, power electronics control design, and a strong background in both hardware and software aspects of embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop embedded software in C/C++ for several processor platforms, including 8-bit microcontrollers (TI, STMicroelectronics, Microchip), TI C28xx DSPs, and 32-bit ARM chips.
Implement Yocto to deal with freeRTOS and Embedded Linux systems efficiently.
Design and develop and refine embedded control algorithms for power electronics systems.
Design and integrate wireless, mesh, and wired communication platforms for IoT applications. Verify safe connection between IoT devices.
Use machine learning methods to integrate and mine data from IoT back-end systems.
Use cloud platforms like AWS and GCP for IoT solutions.
Manage Linux/Windows servers, Docker containers, and virtualization technologies like LXC and QEMU.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Configured and managed networking infrastructure using Cisco, Sophos, Netegate, HP, and other devices.
Ensure network systems are secure and reliable.
Lead and participate in agile project management practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely project delivery.
Implement EDA tools to design electronic systems, including specification formulation, schematic capture, PCB layout, manufacture, and test.
A solid understanding of mechanical and electromechanical systems, including 3D prototype and 2D CAD modeling.
