- who has knowledge and experience to set up a embroidery factory
- should have sourcing for embroidery materials , accessories
- Supervise team of workers
- Check programming is correct before each new run.
- Help train and evaluate employees.
- Follow quality standards and check quality of embroidery on produced pieces.
- Track daily output.
- Report safety issues and policy violations to management.
- Keeps routine maintenance protocols and reports malfunction machines.
- Update production logs in computer systems.
- Read work orders & basic computer entry.
