Samahar is a leading institute that conducts large-scale research with funding from the Government of Bangladesh, the World Bank, ADB, JICA, and various development partners. Samahar is inviting applications for the position of Employment Services Expert from eligible Bangladeshi talented for the “Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET Project (EARN)”. The Employment Services Expert will plan, direct and run the day to day activities as well as strong skills and experience in maintain good working relationships with government officials, Ministries, Development Partners as well as divisional, district-level and Upzilla–level authorities and operations to drive the organization’s priority of enhancing the productivity and sustainability while ensuring the client focused environment and standard of quality. Lead the team by motivating them to their goals & support them in identifying their improvement areas & coach them to enhance their skill/capacity. Female applicant will get preference.

Job Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency in crafting a deployable human resource pool for designated trades by enhancing job- readiness factors.
To facilitating youth participation in pertinent industries, particularly focusing on female and disadvantaged group engagement through targeted training, provision of career information and advice, and Especially in EZs, EPZs, IZs, HTPs, and STPs.
Proficient in establishing connections between the youths and the business community by leveraging the mentors for the provision of career advice and guidance.
Should have work experience in concerned division and local level language proficiency for ensuring better Communication with beneficiaries.
