To know the parts of equipment properly & must to know use of them when consultants need.
To do assist the gastroenterology consultant, to run each procedure smoothly.
To take care of machine & prepare patient properly
To call doctors of indoor immediately if any patient become critical during & post procedure care.

The position holder needs to perform during Upper GI Endoscopy , Colonoscopy, biopsy, polypectomy during OGD & colonoscopy, Capsule Endoscopy ,RUT test, ERCP, electro cauterization, Endoscopy guided Foreign body removal, PEG tube insertion, Naso gastric & Naso-jejunal tube insertion etc 1. To make proper positioning of the patient & keep patient in proper position.
To hold the part of instruments
Cleaning & setting the machine before starting procedure along with disinfection and sterilization.
Help to do report typing
Make the OPD & IPD patient list & call patient chronologically in room
Ensure proper preparations of the patient before starting procedure.
