Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for ENG Manager for a mobile factory in Bangladesh would typically oversee the technical aspects of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. S/he would be responsible for leading engineering teams, managing projects, and implementing process improvements within the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement:

• Evaluating and implementing strategies to optimize manu-facturing processes, improve productivity, and reduce costs.

Team Leadership:

• Supervising and mentoring engineering staff, developing their skills, and fostering a positive team environment.

Project Management:

• Planning, organizing, and executing engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control:

• Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

Collaboration:

• Working with other departments, such as production, procurement, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.

Technical Expertise:

• Possessing a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies relevant to mobile phone. production.

Safety Management:

• Ensuring a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
