Additional Requirements

To Look after Injection Process/Extrusion Process/Blow process along with its supportive relevant process with factory for improvement.
To ensure right machine and process layout based on compliance and lean process.
To Relevant product innovation and design and implementation.
To previse technical coordination with relevant factory.
To ensure automation at maximum places & troubleshoot control system like PLC, HMI, Inverter.
To ensure 5’s factory process and factory coordination.
To generate more innovative ideas from every level of the factory and its implementation
To improve the waste management system at factory.
To follow up maintenance budget for the concern factory.
To calculate maintenance costs for the factory and find out the way to minimize it.
To make spares parts planning throughout the year.
To make the power planning for the factory.
