Additional Requirements

Ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all electrical systems across the factory through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and analyze power consumption across the production plant, implementing strategies to reduce energy usage and improve overall operational efficiency by minimizing electrical hazards.
Collaborate with the Production and Quality Control teams to develop and implement standardized procedures for cleaning, calibration, tagging, and marking in alignment with compliance and audit requirements.
Oversee the electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of key beverage plant machinery, including Semi-Automatic Blow Molding Machine, KBM Homogenizer, Pasteurizer, Filling, Levelling, and Wrapping Machines.
Supervise maintenance and repair activities for PLC systems, VFDs, HMIs, transformers, generators, boilers, compressors, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all maintenance activities, including Yearly Maintenance Schedules (YMS), Yearly Maintenance Reports (YMR), and Preventive Maintenance Records (PMR), to meet compliance standards.
Prepare detailed technical specifications for spare parts and equipment, raise purchase requisitions, and maintain organized records of received items and related documentation.
