Job Context

Job Description/Responsibility
- To plan and carry out all sales and marketing activities on assigned category.
- Skilled on AutoCAD, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali).
- Indoor & Outdoor office assignment work with marketing.
- Design, Drawing and Prepare quotation of Water Treatment Plant against inquiry from clients.
- Develop and maintain a customer database.
- Prepare and present sales contracts.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
- Follow up on sales activity.
- Participate in sales events.
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
