Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Civil Engineering from any Public University or reputed Private University.

Experience

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Engineering Firms, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 42 years

• Should have experience with Auto CAD 2D, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
• Proficiency in English Language both in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities & Context

• Experienced in the Civil Engineering Department of a Real Estate Company or large construction company.
• Communicating with the Architect/Designer for receiving the drawings after the initial check.
• Should have good knowledge about the drawings, good in the cost estimate, and capable of preparing the budget for the project.
• Preparation of work schedule and planning for execution of the work.
• Determine the requirement of the resources (manpower, equipment, materials, labor, etc.).
• Ensure the Quality Control Policy and HSE Standards at the site.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
