Additional Requirements
- Experienced in construction of Highrise building with single/multiple basements in construction sector.
- Should have good knowledge about the drawings and estimating, capable to prepare BOQ, materials requisition, bill etc. of the project.
- Should have the knowledge to prepare cost analysis of any item related to the project.
Responsibilities & Context
- Evaluate the work progress, prepare intermediate work program so that target schedule can achieved.
- Ensure the quality of the works as per the specification.
- Ensure HSE Standards during execution of the works.
- Any other tasks assign by the Management.
