Responsibilities & Context
Monitor operation and supervision of CNC machines.
Ensure quality control of processed parts.Diagnosis and troubleshooting of minor malfunctions.
Maintain machine maintenance, setup and program performance.
Keep records and maintain documentation of machine specifications and programing notes.
Ensure compliance, safety rules and regulation in work place.
Collaboration with shipbuilding engineers to ensure day to day hull parts.
Prepare day to day work schedule of CNC cutting operators.
Conduct tool setting and machine programming, select the appropriate plate size for each CNC cutting, testing programs and making adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.
