Responsibilities & Context

• Conduct preventive maintenance of Cutting Machinery.
• Generate electrical related equipment requisition for maintenance.
• Check & resolve electrical related issue in DB board.
• Oversee Installation and maintenance of wiring, control the lighting system.
• Supervise electrical related troubleshooting in Cutting Machinery.
• Supervise Breakdown maintenance of Cutting machinery.
• Repair all Pump motor and controller.
• Repair and install all security light & Emergency Light.
• FDS system preventive maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance job request receive register from production Floor.
• Ensure record keeping of preventive maintenance as per checklist.
