At least years practical work experience at any industry in fire system.
Able to operate fire apparatus, fire pump, and other equipment in a safe and effective manner;
Good knowledge in Auto CAD 2D and 3D;
Good knowledge in BNBC, Fire code of conduct, Fire pump, Fire safety, Fire hydrant etc.;
Strong analytical and communication ability;
Good command in Bengali and English;
Able to work independently and under pressure;
Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working;
High level of professional integrity.

Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety policies, protocols, and procedures in compliance with local fire codes and regulations.
Ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per BLA-2006 & BLR-2015 and other statutory requirements.
Oversee the regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire detection and protection systems to ensure they are in proper working order.
Develop and implement emergency response plans in case of fire incidents, including coordinating with emergency services and conducting drills to ensure preparedness
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential fire hazards and recommend measures to mitigate risks and improve overall fire safety.
Ensure the implementation of fire drills, evacuation drills, mock drills, etc.
Ensure that production floor is obstacle free, floor is marked properly, floor facilities as per compliance standard and good housekeeping is maintained.
Identify non-compliance issues through daily monitoring & internal audits in the factory including OHS, Boiler, Oven, Electrical, Accident investigation and root cause analysis.
