Responsibilities & Context
- Organize and meet the production schedule instructed by the plant head.
- Monitoring the operation of kiln as well as the quality of the product.
- Check line samples hourly to maintain quality.
- Giving enforce to the team members for perform well and try to avoid break downs.
- Ensure safety of the people related section.
- Develop & Implement Kiln Operation Process & set parameters properly.
- Analyze if any critical problem arises communicate with plant head.
- Practice to wear protection equipment to avoid accident.
- Understand human behavior at the working place and take necessary steps if any bad incident occurs.
