Responsibilities & Context

Global Labels Bangladesh Ltd is a Spain-Bangladesh Joint Venture Garments Accessories Industry in Dhaka EPZ, looking for an Engineer for their Machine Maintenance department.

Location: Dhaka Export Processing Zone Area (DEPZ)

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding about Weaving, Loom, Warping, Knitting, Drawstring, Covering, Dyeing Machine.
• Sound Knowledge about steam line, compressor line, Boiler, Etc.
• Plan routine maintenance of equipment and machinery Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise repairs of equipment.
• Assists in workshop maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedule to ensure optimal performance of all mechanical equipment.
• Develop and manage the mechanical maintenance budget.
• Maintain proper documentation of spare parts inventory, equipment maintenance records and work orders.
• Be willing to perform other duties as assigned by the management.
