At least 6-7 Years of Experience in Engineering & Production of Feed mill is required for this job.

Production:

Responsible for the day to day running of the production facility.
Oversee daily operations of the feed mill including mixing, grinding, pelletizing & packaging process.
Adjust production plan as needed to accommodate equipment maintenance or unexpected delays.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

Engineering:

Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
Diagnosing breakdown problems.
Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Manage emergencies in the Plant and take timely action to avoid failures and improve availability and reliability.
Ensure that health & safety guidelines are followed both inside and outside of the plant.
