Responsibilities & Context
1. Supervise the installation work of Mechanical Machineries.
2. Plan and prepare maintenance schedule for all machines to ensure smooth operation of the machines.
3. Ensure proper scheduling for inspecting, testing ” replacing accessories of pump, compressor, generator, ancillary equipment and other machineries.
4. Supervise preventive ” breakdown maintenance and troubleshoot the machinery involved in the production.
5. Assemble and install machines or equipment as and when required.
6. Prepare and maintain proper documentation for daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports for all machines.
