• This position should be familiar with MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills in Bangla & English are a must.
• Working experience with the SAP environment will be preferred.
• Should have the capability to assist in preparing Daily/Monthly/Annual reports.

Responsibilities & Context

The Engineer Production (Assembly line) is the custodian of delivering production with consistent quality as per the installed capacity, adhering to the model sequence, achieving production volumes as per the set standards, and reducing RT vehicles which are daily added from the conveyor line. The responsibilities for this position are as follows;

• Train operators on multi-skilling, to continue to deliver output, even in case of absenteeism of key resources.
• Maintain proper IR (Industrial Relations) with all Operators, with disciplinary control.
• Adhere to the set process parameters and achieve the reduction plan.
• Conduct morning meetings with all operators and summarize the previous day’s achievement, Quality issues, and the day’s plan.
• Carry out work allocation, according to reported manpower, taking into consideration skill requirements for special processes.
• Conduct shift PDCA for Quality and Delivery performance.
• Daily maintaining PDCA soft and hard copy reports.
• Maintain Production target achievement and necessary reports.
• Audit and improve cleanliness, JH, MHF. Identify & prevent unsafe conditions, to ensure the safety of Operators.
• Take corrective action for in-house, PDI & customer complaints.
• Coordinate with other sections / Departments for Supplier / Feeder parts.
• Review sequence plan for the availability of MIW & Bought out parts.
• Carry out Jig / Fixture calibration& maintenance of all equipment.
• Implement productivity, quality & cost-saving projects.
• Take corrective action for in-house, T4 audits & customer complaints.
• Coordinate with other sections / Depts. For Supplier / Feeder parts.
• Daily updating of data.
• Regular communication with SCM for parts.
• Daily monitoring of recovered RT vehicles, recovery engines, and RT welding.
• Daily communication with RT paint shop, PDI, assembly lines, dispatch, and warehouse.
• Giving requisition for any parts related to production.
• Ensure tools and paints.
• Daily taking updated data from SAP.
• Generate daily/monthly to the supervisor.
