Responsibilities & Context
Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices into AKIJ Resource, driving environmental responsibility, and fostering a culture of social and ethical consciousness.
Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Resource.
Create item requests based on the production plan, ensuring material availability and efficient use of resources.
Collect, summarize, and update daily production data in the ERP system to maintain accurate records and generate reports for management.
Ensure effective manpower management within the production department, optimizing workforce allocation to meet production targets.
Create raw material consumption reports for accurate inventory tracking and coordinate with departments to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Generate daily production reports, track key performance metrics, and analyze budget variances, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Arrange and participate in monthly production target meetings, control day-to-day operations, and ensure alignment with the production plan.
Create, manage, and track Service Requests (SR) related to production, following up to ensure timely resolution and improved production efficiency.
Evaluate current production activities, conduct breakdown analysis, provide guidance on maintaining high-quality standards, and minimize wastage through efficient practices.
