We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Engineer (Quality Control) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd. (Precust pile and wall panel Project), Mirsharai, Chattogram.
Responsibilities:-
- Monitor and supervise the civil construction works Quality issues at the factory premise during the project phase
- Establish casting and quality check requirements to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards throughout the production process
- Develop and specify concrete mix design to ensure optimal performance and quality standards
- Evaluate and specify concrete slump test, cylinder compressive strength test and other quality tests to ensure compliance with standards
- Manage, inspire and lead the QC teams to ensure operation and continuous improvement in quality
