- Additional certification in Food Safety Management (FSMS / HACCP / ISO 22000) will be given preference

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of practical experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in a food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing industry
- Proven track record in managing QC operations on the production floor
- Hands-on experience with food processing and packaging machinery inspection
- Prior experience in laboratory testing and in-process quality monitoring preferred
Additional Requirements
- Age: 30–45 years (relaxable for highly experienced candidates)
- Sound knowledge of BSTI standards, food safety laws, and labelling regulations in Bangladesh
- Familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and food-grade material standards
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical components in food processing equipment (conveyors, mixers, filling machines, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP/QMS software is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate across departments

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct routine physical, chemical, and microbiological inspections of products at various stages of production
- Monitor and calibrate quality control instruments, sensors, and testing equipment to ensure accuracy
- Perform inspection and maintenance of QC-related mechanical and electrical components of production equipment
- Identify equipment or process deviations that affect product quality; initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Prepare and maintain QC records, test reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and audit trails
- Coordinate with the Production, R&D, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with BSTI, FSMS/HACCP standards, food safety regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Train production operators on quality awareness, hygiene standards, and equipment handling protocols
- Support internal and external quality audits; assist in obtaining and maintaining BSTI, FSMS, and Halal certifications
- Track and analyze quality KPIs (defect rate, rejection %, customer complaints) and report to management
- Coordinate with the engineering team to schedule preventive maintenance without disrupting QC timelines
