Responsibilities & Context
JIL is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate for its Service team who will be responsible for providing timely & effective service solutions for Cummins engines anywhere in Bangladesh.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, servicing, or repair of machines at customers’ locations.
- Provide after-sale service and ensure customer satisfaction by implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Develop service technical documentation.
- Attend field service calls and deal with customer queries professionally.
- Overhaul the engine with proper diagnosis and complete it within the estimated time with proper resolution.
- Send requirements for parts or lube oil to the concerned people to be sent to customers for service work.
- Communicate with the customer from time to time to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions.
