Responsibilities & Context
- Perform day to day shift activities (Check list, Pending Jobs, Condition Monitoring etc.) and keep the plant operational.
- Perform planned and predictive maintenance as per schedule.
- Undertake effective planning and prioritization of workload wherever necessary.
- Ensure that resources are used to the optimum level.
- Attend breakdown maintenance, record and submit written report if any delay towards the shift.
- Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records (shift log book) as standard.
- Maintain the required standard of housekeeping.
- Support other teams as required.
- Shift manpower management (assign jobs & follow up, motivation, onsite training etc.)
- Maintain strong communication with other departments, shift in charge during the shift.
- Handover and Takeover the shift on site.Undertake any other tasks or duties as required by the line manager.
