Responsibilities & Context

• Performing Maintenance, project, design & regarding activities.

• Solving relevant problems & developing safe, simple, cost-effective solutions.

• Carrying out various tasks considering the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of productionPerforming installations, piping, modification & commissioning activities.

• Estimating material consumption & analyzing costs for ongoing activities &projectsWorking in a team of the mechanical workforce (Includes Engineers,Supervisors, Fitters, etc.).

• Monitoring third-party/ EPC activities & workforce on ongoing projects.

• Ensuring proper safety of both human lives & factory during maintenanceoperations.

• Maintaining interdepartmental communications.

• Preparing monthly work plans & budgets for the mechanical departmentMaintaining activity logbook, checklist, reports, & other departmentaldocuments.

• Ensuring preventive/ predictive/corrective maintenance of mechanicalmachineryAnalyzing root causes & downtime of breakdown.

• Monitoring mechanical inventory of the mechanical department.
