- Age 18 to 40 years
- Proven experience as an IELTS instructor or in a similar role.
- A high IELTS score 7 in all modules. (Lower scores may be considered based on experience.)
- Equivalent PTE/TOEFL scores may be considered based on experience.
- Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Patience and the ability to work effectively with diverse learners.
- Commitment towards company’s growth.
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct IELTS preparation classes covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. (Experience in conducting TOEFL/PTE classes will be an added advantage for the candidate.)
- Create lesson plans tailored to students` individual learning needs and skill levels.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
- Conduct mock tests and assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Stay updated on the latest IELTS exam patterns and strategies.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Address student queries and provide personalized guidance as needed.
- Prepare students for interviews and speaking tests.
- Prepare relevant study materials and documentation for students.
- Any official task assigned by the office.
