Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
- A Bachelor`s degree in English Literature or ELT or Language Education from a recognized institution.
- O-Level and A-Level degrees are preferred.
- A Bachelor of Education (B. Ed – one year) and/or a Master of Education (M. Ed) degree is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English, with excellent command over both written and spoken communication.
- A sound understanding of Phonetics, in accordance with the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) standards is preferred.
- A genuine passion for teaching, education, and the holistic development of children.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic and evolving academic environment.
- Computer: literacy on MS Office, Power Point and MS Excel.

Responsibilities & Context
- Capable of managing students age between 4 to 13 years, at an interactive and participating communication platform.
- Plan, organize, and deliver the English curriculum for students in line with academic standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and interventions to support their learning.
- Design and implement enrichment activities to enhance students` language skills and foster a love for learning.
- Maintain and update academic records, reports, and assessments for students.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in English language teaching to improve program effectiveness
