- Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and functionalities.
- Working knowledge on SQL & report development.
- Working knowledge .NET technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement in Oracle Fusion HCM and .NET technologies.
Responsibilities & Context
- Provide L1, L2 support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including issue troubleshooting, resolution, and user assistance.
- Ensure L1, L2 Support of .NET applications such as fleet management
- SharePoint, LC Management, Payroll and other internal systems.
- Develop custom reports using Oracle fusion tools like BI publisher, OTBI
- Assign tickets to the next level & partner where required. Monitor tickets and weekly SLA reporting using Jira.
- Collaborate with senior support analysts and developers to resolve complex issues and escalate if necessary.
- Assist in the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to system integrations, data migrations, and process improvements.
- Regular Audit Support with necessary artifacts and implement recommendations on-time – Maintain documentation of support processes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle Fusion HCM and .NET technologies to provide effective support and contribute to system enhancements.
