Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software sales.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management.
Travel frequently outside Dhaka to meet potential clients and attend industry events.

Requirements:

Proven experience in software sales, preferably ERP solutions.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications in various industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Willingness to travel frequently outside Dhaka.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
