ESL YLE Instructor

Job Responsibilities – ESL YLE (Young Learners English) Instructor

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for young learners (ages 4–12).
• Teach speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills using interactive and communicative methods.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom activities.
• Assess students` progress through classwork, quizzes, and regular evaluations.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and student-friendly classroom environment.
• Encourage students to develop confidence and fluency in English communication.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their progress to parents when required.
• Participate in teacher training sessions, workshops, meetings, and academic planning.
• Maintain accurate attendance, academic records, and classroom documentation.
• Support school events, English clubs, competitions, and other co-curricular activities.
• Follow the institution`s academic policies, curriculum, and professional standards.
• Perform other academic duties assigned by the management.
