Responsibilities & Context
- Greeting clients warmly and making them feel comfortable upon arrival.
- Providing a variety of spa services such as facials, body treatments, massages, and skin care therapies based on the client’s needs.
- Maintaining a clean and serene environment in the treatment rooms and common areas.
- Preparing the spa for treatments by arranging towels, oils, and other necessary items.
- Consulting with clients about their skin or body care needs and recommending appropriate treatments or products.
- Ensuring client privacy and comfort throughout the treatment.
- Following health and safety guidelines, including sanitizing equipment and tools after each use.
- Managing client appointments, keeping records, and handling payments when required.
- Promoting spa services, treatments, and products to enhance the client’s experience.
- Staying updated on new spa techniques, treatments, and trends to offer the best services.
