- Prepare detailed estimate, BOQ and budget as per drawing and requirement of the project.
- Review and verify drawings to ensure they meet the requirements of the work.
- Collect the drawings and related information and solve any problems by discussing with the concerned.
- Recommend and utilize the most suitable quantity of materials based on the location and nature of the work.
- Visit the project to compare the revised estimate & measurement quantity against the present status.
- Ensure Vendor Enlistment Process related to projects.
- Maintain an up-to-date price list of all materials.
- Build and nurture relationships with key vendors including subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers.
- Market survey to source materials and rate collection.
- Visit sites as necessary to ensure accuracy and progress.
- Perform site bill checks and ensure accurate billing.
- Propose alternative materials when needed.
- Prepare project feasibility and standard specifications.
- Prepare rate analysis and unit price of structural and finishing items.
- Collect utility-related and other documents from the concerned department.
