Education
- Diploma in Civil
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc Engineer (Civil)
- 03 years in relevant field for B.Sc Engineer (Civil) or 05 years in relevant field for Diploma Engineer (Civil).
- High degree of personal integrity and commitment to business ethics.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
Additional Requirements
Skills:
- Ability to understand and navigate specifications and drawings.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.
- Strong knowledge on present market rates of construction materials.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepares and estimates budget costs (BOQ, MOQ and rate analysis) for construction by studying plans and specifications.
- Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes.
- Resolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting info.
- Works closely with architects, engineers and other professionals.
- Schedules meetings with consultants, contractors and project staffs.
