Responsibilities & Context
- Must have a proven track record in a similar role.
- To make BOQ, Estimate, Quotation, Bill, Invoice, Work Order/Purchase order related to the assigned project.
- To carry out work management and coordination as directed by the reporting person. Oversee project records and documentation to the discipline.
- Supervise and work with technical/nontechnical persons assigned at the site to ensure satisfactory work completion.
- To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the reporting person.
- To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, the status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on-site, labor, day works, provisional quantities, etc.
- Verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
- To estimate and prepare monthly work plans, arrange requirements, and execute the plan properly with the support of the company’s other manpower.
- Monitor project deadlines and assist team members in meeting deadlines.
- To undertake any other duties related to the project and work as and when instructed by the management.
