- Detail drawing knowledge (Auto CAD & Other related software).
- Specific & clear knowledge about all type of construction materials.
- Competitive material price knowledge.
- Knowledge on cost effective alternative material prices & sources.
- Ability to prepare Budget & BOQ with analysis the detail engineering work, costing & schedule.
- Ability to performing job independently and willing to work in a team environment.
- Clear knowledge about BOQ and ERP’s.
