Additional Requirements

To operating and maintaining the ETP effectively and continuously so as to achieve the effluent parameters within the prescribed limit.
To Monitor MBR plant.
To Achieve zero accidents by imparting work permit system, training and accident investigation on regular basis.
To ensure periodically as per law and buyer requirement from DOE standards ECR 1997.
T monitoring and evaluate all parameter (BOD, COD, TDS, DO, TEMPARATURE, PH, MLSS, SV, SVI etc.) as per DOE standards ECR 1997 and achieve ZDHC standards.
To ensure proper calibration of ETP equipment.
To maintain the proper management of ETP chemicals & ensure dossing chemicals to ETP properly.
To monitor all ETP operations.
To supervise all ETP operators.
To ensure periodic training to operator about ETP parameter related (TDS, TSS, MLSS, SV, SVI, MAINTENANCE FAULT, PH etc.)
To ensure periodic maintenance of all ETP equipment.
To make timely, accurate and cost-effective decisions pertaining to all matters of ETP.
Responsible for verification of review of Daily Log sheets, housekeeping etc.
To ensure maximum availability of equipment’s at optimum performance level.
To ensure 100% statutory and safety compliance related to process.
Any other duties that may assigned by management from time to time.
