Responsibilities & Context
Europial BD Ltd. is seeking an experienced, proactive, and target-driven Food Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations on the factory floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising shift workers, maintaining output efficiency, ensuring strict adherence to quality control standards, and implementing workplace safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Floor Supervision & Planning: Manage daily production schedules, assign line targets to factory workers, and monitor shift outputs to meet production quotas on time.
Workforce Management: Supervise, motivate, and guide line workers and machine operators; enforce discipline, attendance, and optimal work allocation.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet company quality parameters and specifications; minimize rejection, re-work, and material waste during processing.
Machinery & Line Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance/engineering team to ensure smooth machine operations and resolve routine technical issues quickly.
Raw Material Handling: Monitor raw material line-loading and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory levels to prevent production downtime.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce factory floor hygiene, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), occupational safety rules, and compliance guidelines.
Reporting: Maintain daily production logs, output sheets, rejection records, and attendance reports; submit regular updates to the Production Manager.
